Better Academy is not only original teaching programs and a great enthusiasm for work, it’s primarily people who believe in the mission they are set to fulfill. We proudly present Agata, our specialist in discovering superpowers in students and releasing their potential to turn dreams into reality. And all in English.
Agata has been involved in education for over 10 years, of which for the last two years she has been working closely with the Better Academy. Her priorities in teaching involve development of students based on building self-confidence, overcoming fear in using
a foreign language, combined with shaping young people’s abilities in the field of logical thinking.
Agata spent many years in the United States, in Providence, Rhode Island, on the east coast. This place is known for being home to a legendary American horror writer – H.P. Lovecraft. But unlike this outstanding specialist in menacing literature, Agata is the epitome of joy and smile, which she gladly presents to her pupils. In the US she continued her education, among other activities, culminating in achieving the Bachelor of Fine Arts title at the Rhode Island School of Design academy.
Agata adapts the Better Academy’s teaching programs to the individual needs and abilities of students, to match their interests. In this way, they have more enthusiasm to learn, and thus, achieve much better results. Furthermore, Agata emphasizes creation of
an atmosphere in which students can learn absent the fear of making mistakes, replaced
by the knowledge that mistakes are an inseparable part of the learning process and happen even to the best of us, big and small alike.
Agata likes to diversify her activities with motion games, as well as audio and video materials – this way students develop skills responsible for interpretations, listen to how
to correctly pronounce words and phrases, and learn the language through more effective engaging the senses than their colleagues in public schools.
Privately Agata is a very interested in the world. She loves to read, learn new things and meet interesting people.
In the autumn semester 2019 she conducts the following classes:
- Fun & Play – Games and Plays in English
- Active Kids & Active Teens courses
